Nestled in the heart of St Kilda this architecturally designed home and gardens has a Contemporary Japanese Garden theme. The selection and placement of both the round bluestone steppers and large decorative rocks, used as the transition from the inside living to the outside were key features in this garden design. The sound of the water running down the rain chain into large decorative bowl provides a feeling of calm, tranquillity, and contemplation. The planting scheme for this courtyard space included Acer palmatum Herbstfeuer, Anemone hybrid Single White., Ajuga reptan Black Scallop, Hakonechloa macra Aureola Forest Grass, Setaria palmifolia Palm Grass, Hydrangea quercifolia Snow Queen Oak Leaf Hydrangea, Dichondra repens Kidney Weed, Helleborus orientalis Hellebores, Liriope spp., Evergreen Giants and Viola hederacea Native Violet.

Brighton Beauty

Relax in style in this outdoor oasis with this recently completed project in Brighton. The design concentrated on maintaining some of the existing hard and soft landscaping component of the property while introducing a range of new elements to provide a touch of sophistication to outdoor spaces that craft a seamless blend of poolside luxury and captivating landscaping, turning the outdoor front and backyard spaces into entertaining havens.

Toorak Backyard Design and Construction

A modern garden design that included several zoned elements to the overall garden design. It included retaining walls, pool installation, zoned areas for entertainment, as well as poolside relaxation. Topiary shrubs strategically planted along the pool and in front of the retaining wall give a sense of balance.

Japanese Themed Courtyard

This project included the front yard and several internal courtyards. The emphasis was to have the plants framed when viewing the courtyards from within the home. Not only was the plant selection an important part of this design but also the garden lighting placement.

Coastal Landscape Design

This corner property in beachside, Mentone had a mixture of Spotted Gum timber fence and upright Cypress posts highlights a level of sophistication while also providing an aesthetically pleasing feel to the property.

Inner-city Courtyard

This inner-city apartment was transformed into a useable garden space. The floating Spotted Gum Seat and the Technifirma Metalbark Pavers provide a level of sophistication while also complementing the existing surroundings.  The garden lighting was used to create an inviting ambience.

Court Yard Retreat

This small courtyard provides a level of privacy, seclusion, and inviting outdoor space. The design aimed to produce a seamless connection from the indoor living area to the expansive outdoor entertainment area, which was complemented with a backdrop of planting that combines style and lushness.

Hamptons Chic Property

This lush garden design complements the luxurious Hamptons chic property. A spectacular feature is the undercover outdoor deck area which provided a seamless connection from the indoor to outdoor zones. The stainless steel outdoor alfresco kitchen provides a layer of sophistication and functionality to the overall landscape design.
